Our recent stay at a hotel located near a beautiful museum in the mountains was extraordinary. Although the surroundings of the hotel were breathtaking, it was the hotel itself that left us in awe. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a wonderful view of the surroundings. the service by the staff was impeccable - they were friendly, efficient, and accommodating. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide range of variety offered, and the facilities were modern and useful. It was truly a comfortable stay at a lovely location.

The parking situation was less than desirable.

Convenient location near the city center and easy access to public transportation. the hotel provided free daily bottles of water and had a nice assortment of breakfast options. the staff was generally polite and helpful.

When we requested a non-smoking room, we were assured that all rooms were smoke-free, but this was not the case.

Elegant lobby, comfortable room, great location, city view, natural light, well-appointed facilities.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was conveniently located near local attractions. The free breakfast had a great variety of Asian and Western dishes to choose from, and the lobby had a nice selection of complimentary beverages.

The room was a bit small and could have used more luggage storage options. Additionally, the parking situation was a bit challenging, especially during peak hours.

We had a wonderful stay at Metro Hotel in Taichung. The elegant lobby with complimentary coffee and tea gave us a warm welcome. Our room had a stunning city view and plenty of natural light, making it very comfortable. The hotel's location near the National Taiwan Museum and Calligraphy Parkway was perfect. Despite a temporary issue with the buffet breakfast, we believe it would be excellent under normal circumstances. I highly recommend this hotel.
